This was given to customers who pre-ordered Street Fighter 4 from GAME in Uk. I DIDNT pre-order the game, I just asked him how much the models were and he said I could have one if I wanted. Its roughly the same size as the 2 figures you got in the collectors edition of Street Fighter 4
